Wash your extensions every 10–15 wears, or whenever they need refreshing. Use cool to lukewarm water and a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo.
2. Condition with Care
Apply conditioner from the mid-lengths to the ends, avoiding the wire and weft. Rinse thoroughly and gently squeeze out excess water—do not twist or wring.
3. Air Dry Naturally
Lay the extensions flat or hang them to dry. If using heat, allow the hair to dry completely first and use a low heat setting.
4. Style Gently
Bellavora Halo® Hair Extensions can be curled, straightened, or styled. Always use a heat protectant and avoid excessive heat.
5. Store Properly

Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, your Bellavora Halo® must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Have the original Bellavora product tag attached.
- Be unworn and in its original condition.
- Not have been washed, colored, toned, cut, chemically treated, or otherwise altered.
Please color match your extensions before removing the Bellavora product tag or wearing the product.
For hygiene and quality assurance, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the Bellavora product tag has been removed, or if the hair has been worn, altered, damaged, or shows signs of wear.
