Shipping Policy

Every Bellavora Extension is thoughtfully prepared before it leaves our studio. Each order is carefully inspected, packaged, and quality checked to ensure it arrives beautifully and ready to wear.

 

Processing Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be carefully prepared before shipment.

If there is an unexpected delay, we’ll contact you using the email address provided with your order.

 

Shipping

At this time, Bellavora ships throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.

• Free standard shipping on all U.S. & Puerto Rico orders.

• Once your order ships, most deliveries arrive within 1–2 business days, depending on your location.


Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays that are outside of Bellavora’s control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@bellavorahair.com. While we’ll do our best to update your shipping address before your order ships, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may require additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

 

Delivered But Not Received

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Bellavora is unable to accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking indicates your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

• Checking around your delivery location.

• Asking household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.

• Contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

• Allowing up to 24 hours, as some carriers may mark packages as delivered shortly before final delivery.


Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout where required by law.


Holiday & Promotional Periods

Please note that processing and delivery times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will always work to ship your order as quickly as possible.
